Description The Data Architect plays a critical role within NAA’s IT team by ensuring that organizational data is accurate, consistent, and reliably available across all integrated systems. This position designs and maintains data models, integrations, and pipelines that power analytics, reporting and operational workflows across various data sources and platforms for NAA’s data warehouse. Principal accountabilities: Data Architecture & Modeling Develop and maintain logical and physical data models to support operational systems, BI solutions, and analytical workloads. Structure data to ensure long-term scalability, reliability, and clarity. Data Integration & Pipeline Management Support ETL/ELT processes that move and transform data between Salesforce, Nimble AMS, Data Cloud, and other connected platforms. Monitor and optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and error handling. Business Intelligence & Analytics Support Prepare and optimize datasets for Power BI semantic models and dashboard development. Partner with analysts and stakeholders to ensure data sources reflect accurate business definitions and align with reporting requirements. Cross Team Collaboration Work closely with IT team members, business units, and external vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and support system enhancements. Serve as a technical resource for data-related questions, projects, and integrations. Documentation & Standards Maintain detailed documentation for data models, mappings, transformation logic and integration workflows. Contribute to team standards and best practices for data management. Requirements Experience with the Salesforce data ecosystem and related API/Cloud technologies (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, AppExchange/AgentExchange, etc.). Proficiency with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Data Modeling Tools. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Preferred 4-5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, data integrations, or business intelligence development (or equivalent education and training). Experience with Nimble AMS or other complex association management systems. Familiarity with other modern data warehousing concepts, automation tools or cloud data platforms. Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
