QUALIFICATIONS:
- A four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied mathematics, or other relevant discipline
from a university of recognized standing with a minimum of six years of directly applicable experience,

- A two-year diploma in Computer Programming Technology from an institute of recognized standing with a minimum of eight
years of directly applicable experience
- Proven track record of leading data architects through complex project lifecycles in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, including task delegation, mentorship, and line-of-sight alignment between assigned work
and business unit objectives.
- Expertise in data architecture, data management, and geospatial data technologies.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Comprehensive understanding of the latest trends in data warehousing, ETL, cloud-based data solutions, and big data
technologies.
- Experience with traditional and modern data warehousing, data lake, analytics, and reporting technologies such as Azure,
Databricks, Informatica, CI/CD pipelines, PowerBI, and SAP Datasphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences and proficiency in
overseeing multi-disciplinary squads to foster innovation and collaboration.
- A “bar-raiser” mentality, driven to motivate and lead teams in a high performing culture talent environment and able to provide
direct, candid feedback to employees.
- Proven experience in engaging and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and business
