Requirements Job Responsibilities Responsible for setting up and managing new client accounts, ensuring accurate information entry and compliance with company policies. Assist in data entry and update databases with new information as it becomes available. Support the preparation and generation of regular and ad-hoc reports. Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection processes. Conduct basic data analysis and prepare summaries of findings. Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems and procedures. Provide data support for departmental projects and initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and regulations. Respond to data-related queries and provide support to users as needed. Job Requirements An Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, is required. Proven experience in data entry and management. Proficiency with systems and software such as Microsoft Office 365 and Orion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with data cleansing and validation processes. Basic understanding of data entry processes.
