Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Associate to join our Platform Operations team. Candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources ensuring accuracy and consistency. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to support data-driven decision making.n Assist in developing data quality standards and processes. Support ad-hoc data requests and analyses with timely delivery. Document workflows, data definitions, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility. Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, escalating issues as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field. Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic understanding of data modeling and database concepts. Excellent communication skills to explain data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare IT. Knowledge of writing simple to complex queries, scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. .
