Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are looking to hire a Part-Time Data Assurance Analyst. This is an ideal role for anyone with at least 3 years of data analytic experience, with confident Excel skills, who wants to work for a growing company in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for cross referencing and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, amending any errors or missing data and feeding these back. You will also have the support of our experienced Business Improvement Specialist, who will share their expertise and guide you throughout your role.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in data analysis, spotting and amending errors, and cleansing data
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced in managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines

• Check records on our operating system vs. the quotes on our CRM system. Being able to amend any errors found and feeding these back.
• Identify and report inconsistencies, errors, or missing data between the two systems.
• Check customer contracts and ensure they are set up correctly in the system.
• Cross reference sales invoices to purchase invoices, ensuring they have been reconciled correctly.
• Assist in improving internal processes for improved data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain, update and cleanse data in both our CRM & Operating System
• Decent knowledge of excel to be able to cross reference data across systems (the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, filters, and data validation tools..)
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
