Job Title: Full-Time Data & Audit Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible options such as 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM available)
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data & Audit Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and spreadsheets, and who takes pride in accuracy and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in data entry, auditing, or accounting is a plus

• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for various data uploads into internal software systems
• Audit daily sales reports from stores and reconcile them with system-generated reports
• Verify supporting documents such as cash paid outs, deposit slips, and other financial records
• Ensure data integrity and assist in identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Collaborate with team members to streamline reporting processes
