At ReOrbit, we’re building the future of space infrastructure, and we believe that a data-driven, fully automated enterprise is essential to scale. We’re looking for a Data & Automation Lead to eliminate manual reporting, build transparent KPIs across all functions, and create a single source of truth that powers decision-making at every level of the company.
You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate across all departments, from engineering and sales to operations and HR, to ensure that ReOrbit is measuring what matters, with zero time spent on reconciliation or redundant reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cross-functional dashboards in Power BI with relevant KPIs for each department (Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, HR, etc.)
  • Build and automate Power Automate workflows that eliminate manual steps, delays, and data silos across the company
  • Create a company-wide single source of truth by consolidating data scattered across Excel files, SharePoints, emails, and cloud drives
  • Drive adoption and data governance discipline across all teams; be the data owner’s best friend
  • Explore and pilot Agentic AI tools that automate entire workflows with human-in-the-loop control
  • Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to make data intelligent, actionable, and real-time
  • Set the foundation for scaling automation as ReOrbit grows to a global multi-contract company

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–8 years of experience in data automation, reporting, or BI development, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • A “no-excuses” mindset: You thrive on solving problems across messy data and siloed systems
  • Clear understanding of data structures, process mapping, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Interest or experience in Agentic AI tools, LLM-based process automation, or AI copilots (a plus, not a must)
  • Strong communication skills — you can talk to engineers, sales teams, and finance alike, and bring everyone on board with data automation
  • High ownership mindset and willingness to build from scratch
