Description

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data/Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics) or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in at least one of: Alteryx (Designer/Server) for data prep and analytics workflows OR UiPath for RPA automation and orchestrator-managed deployments. Strong SQL skills (e.g., joins, window functions, performance tuning) and advanced Excel capabilities (lookups, pivots, data modelling). Experience with requirements gathering, translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions, and iterative delivery. Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex topics simply. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes. 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or process automation roles. Understanding of data quality principles, validation techniques, and documentation best practices. Power BI (preferred): data modelling, DAX, report/page design, row-level security, scheduled refresh. Scripting experience (e.g., Python for data wrangling or API integrations) and familiarity with version control (Git). Experience with ETL/ELT tools, data warehousing concepts, and working with APIs/flat files. Exposure to automation governance (exceptions handling, audit logs, change management). Familiarity with agile practices (backlog refinement, sprint reviews) and service/incident management workflows. Demonstrated experience in designing, testing, and refining AI prompts to translate business requirements into solutions.
