Working on Automation of Data Base related Tasks through different tools or Scheduled Jobs. Follow all defined processes in the team when working on issues. Influence the direction of the product by providing feedback about challenges customers have with using our product. Work with support to help them solve customer issues they have with using Zenoti. Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams. Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically). What skills do I need? A bachelor’s or a 4-year degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or equivalent. A willingness to solve problems for our customers. 0-2 Years of experience on MS SQL Server with understanding of Data I/O, CRUD Operations. Knowledge of data analysis, gap analysis, data mappings. Excellent communication skills. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Can work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with a growth mindset. A technology-centric background.
