For our client, a medium-sized family business in the greater Bad Saulgau area, we are seeking a BI Analyst (m/f/d). The company manufactures and distributes high-quality, customized solutions, combining industrial production with handcrafted quality. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Ref. 48431

Tasks

- Collecting, processing, and structuring company data from various data sources and departments

- Analyzing and evaluating data to identify correlations, trends, and potential for improvement

- Developing and further developing dashboards, reports, and meaningful key performance indicators for various departments

- Translating complex data into clearly presented information and concrete recommendations for action

- Close collaboration with departments to understand their information and analysis needs and develop suitable solutions

- Further developing the existing BI and reporting landscape and supporting the development of new data sources

Requirements

- Completed studies in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on data/controlling, or a comparable qualification

- Recent graduates are also expressly welcome

- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills as well as a passion for working with data

- Confident handling of data and the ability to present complex relationships clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the

target audience - Initial experience with databases, reporting, or BI tools is

advantageous SQL skills are a plus, but not a requirement
