In your day-to-day, you will: Drive decision-making by defining initiatives, measuring impact, and providing proactive recommendations from deep-dive analyses Research, define, and rigorously analyze key metrics, understanding root causes and ensuring valid, actionable measurement using statistical methods Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models to enhance data exploration, automate analysis, and accelerate insight generation Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and experiments, guiding product and marketing strategy Analyze complex user funnels and journeys to identify friction points and optimize paths for engagement and conversion Pioneer automated tools and build advanced dashboards to empower stakeholders with actionable insights and foster a data-fluent culture ** At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets, preferably from an online/tech company Education in a field emphasizing quantitative analysis (such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, economics, etc.) Proficient in SQL - writing, optimizing, and managing complex queries Hands-on experience with Python/R for advanced analysis, or leveraging AI/ML/LLMs for insights as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI – an advantage Excellent visualization and presentation skills Highly independent, proactive, and a fast learner, capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment and fostering cross-functional collaboration Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical principles for effective experiment design, execution, and interpretation Additional Information We are Wix's Marketing Guild.
