As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Data Business Analyst to help drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our operations at the Nordic level, focusing on Finland and Norway.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Data Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance in Finland and Norway, identifying trends, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with teams across marketing, finance, and product development to enhance our data strategy and contribute to our business goals in the Nordic region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends in the Finnish and Norwegian markets.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making at the Nordic level.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities within Finland and Norway.
Optimize business processes by leveraging data insights.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across different platforms.
Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests specific to the Nordic region.
