We are seeking a highly motivated Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and structuring data from a variety of platforms, optimizing it for analysis, and delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making at the highest levels. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate data into clear, impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations. This position blends strong analytical skills with technical expertise in data modeling, integration, and reporting. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain database architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy. Integrate new data sources (internal and external) into the BI ecosystem via API and other connections. Clean, transform, and structure raw data into user-friendly formats suitable for dashboards and visual analysis. Develop and maintain reporting solutions for executive leadership and functional departments. Own the data pipeline lifecycle from ingestion to insight, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, proactively highlighting opportunities or issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to understand data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the database and reporting systems. Stay informed on industry best practices in database architecture, analytics, visualization, and data security. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems. Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and ETL pipelines. Experience creating reports and dashboards using business intelligence platforms (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI). Experience integrating data via APIs and other data exchange methods, including scripting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
