• Coordinate and ensure the Success of IT Infrastructure activities e.g. server and network rollouts for Singapore and regional countriesSupport members in the datacenter team and in the wider Infrastructure area, in the continuous management and rollout of IT Infrastructure for the above locations
• Apply standardized IT processes and templates for rollout activities
• Support changes of IT Infrastructure e.g. hardware movements and technological upgrades
• Guide and advise remote IT partner support for the above tasks

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of IT Infrastructure hosted in the Singapore datacenter if required.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in data center operations
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with deployments of x86 hardware such as HPE Proliant, enterprise storage hardware, networking hardware such as Cisco Nexus series
• Good understanding of datacenter networking
• Knowledge of ITIL and DCIM tools will be advantageous
• Ability to perform basic hardware rack-and-stack, and configuration for handover to Operation Teams
• Ability to perform ad-hoc after-office support on a pre-agreed basis
• Ability to do light travelling between sites (Office and Datacenter)
• Strong working knowledge of copper/fiber deployment and be willing to learn to use testers / cleaners to perform troubleshooting.
