Description We are seeking 2 experienced Data Center Leads to support our customer's fitout in Ashburn, VA. These leads will oversee structured cabling teams, manage hardware installations, and ensure quality and compliance with Tesla’s standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical depth, organizational skills, and the ability to drive project milestones in a fast-paced environment. Skills data center operations, structured cabling, server installation, switch installation, cable testing, Labeling, QA/QC and documentation, Experience in high-availability data center environments, Strong communication and reporting skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Must provide own tools (drill, screwdrivers) Must wear safety-toed boots Strong leadership and team coordination experience Ability to read and interpret cabling diagrams and rack elevations Experience managing documentation and closeout packages Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
