KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in warehouse or logistics roles, preferably within a technical or data center environment.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, inventory systems, and MS Office/Google suite tools.
• Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, tugs, or other motorized equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and walk long distances indoors throughout the day.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding and hot environments.

• Safety-focused and compliance-driven mindset.

• Ensure inventory transactions are completed both physically and in inventory systems, meeting required SLAs.
• Execute inbound and outbound material movement in order of operational priority, which may vary daily.
• Operate within the data center, mainly in the loading dock and warehouse areas, using manual and powered equipment.
• Move materials between hub and spoke locations according to a set schedule.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts across multiple storage zones, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and package outbound shipments, including the creation of relevant documentation.
• Operate motorized tug devices and transport servers from dock to various internal areas, walking long distances as needed.
• Use power tools such as impact drills and levelers to install or level set servers in the data hall.
• Work in high-temperature environments such as hot aisles, following all safety guidelines.
