Conduct BIM clash detection and ensure timely resolution with all trades.
Enforce compliance with industry standards, codes, and owner specifications for all MEP designs.
Lead regular coordination meetings with client teams, design consultants, and trade partners.
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team on MEP and BIM-related topics.
Prepare, maintain, and update project drawings, models, and documentation.
Develop scope sheets outlining MEP project deliverables and trade responsibilities.
Compile bid matrices and ensure trade coordination is complete before buyout.
Support pricing efforts and assist in creating design-build budgets.
Oversee start-up and commissioning, including planning, execution, and coordination with third-party commissioning agents.
Serve as an on-site liaison for all MEP scope issues, reporting regularly to Overwatch and the client.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent trade experience.
5+ years of MEP coordination experience with a focus on BIM for mission-critical or data center projects.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale MEP scopes from preconstruction through commissioning.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
