Job description

• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of server and data center infrastructures
• Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions as well as processing of service requests.
• Installation, configuration and replacement of server, network and IT components
• Maintenance of documentation and data center management systems
• Collaboration with national and international teams to support Berlin data center locations
• Contribution to the availability, security and stability of the cloud infrastructure

Profile

• Experience in maintenance, diagnostics and repair of server and data center hardware
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, ideally also with DCIM tools.
• Structured, meticulous and team-oriented work style
• Good German and English skills
