ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in mission-critical environments
• Proven track record acting as an Owner’s Representative or in a similar client-facing role
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and data center infrastructure
• Experience managing large-scale ground-up construction projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
