A strong desire and capability to learn, grow, and develop new skills Oversee Tenant Improvement works associated with white space fit out of new data center spaces Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of data center activities Understand the design and functionality of your datacenter. Work with design, construction, and commissioning teams to properly integrate the new electrical distribution systems to existing data center Support and validate on-site datacenters operations in relation to the electrical infrastructure. Be an electrical SME to support on-site operations related to mission critical electrical system, operations, and functionality. Develop digitized electrical distribution templates to support rack placement Empower operational optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives Qualifications BS Electrical, Industrial or Process Engineering 7+ years of experience in defining, designing, and operating data center critical infrastructure Demonstrated record of innovation and influence with the data center space Demonstrated record of successful process definition and systems architecture Demonstrated record of successful infrastructure roadmap planning Deep understanding of data center electrical systems architecture
