Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to drive demand generation and client acquisition for our new Data Center Warehouse project in Dubai. Given the high investment and risk involved, this role is critical in identifying, securing, and managing relationships with potential colocation clients, hyperscalers, cloud service providers, enterprises, and other key users of data center infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure industry and be capable of bringing in anchor clients and long-term contracts to de-risk the investment.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Demand Generation – Identify and analyze market trends, demand patterns, and potential tenants or clients for the data center warehouse.
  • Client Acquisition & Sales – Build relationships with colocation users, hyperscalers, enterprise clients, and cloud service providers to secure pre-leased commitments.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with technology firms, IT service providers, and system integrators to enhance the value proposition of the facility.
  • Investment Feasibility & Risk Analysis – Work closely with the finance team to evaluate ROI and risk mitigation strategies based on market demand.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement – Attend relevant industry conferences, summits, and trade expos to establish Canco as a serious player in the space.
  • Customized Client Solutions – Develop tailored leasing, space allocation, and modular infrastructure solutions that meet enterprise and government client requirements.
