As our Data Center Services Technician you will be part of our growing team where you will provide on-site technical assistance for tasks such as equipment installation/removal, IT hardware troubleshooting, visual checks, and cross connect installation / removal. You will also handle logistical support and take responsibility for administrative tasks for specific data centre locations. In this role, you will support both internal and external stakeholders (clients) to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

• Install, configure, remove and dispose of IT-Hardware.
• Preform IT troubleshooting and resolve client issues.
• Install, remove, and test IT cabling.
• Conduct visual checks and IT hardware audits.
• Maintain physical security and data integrity.
• Facilitate shipments and relocations with the data centre.
• Respond to service requests (Ticket System) and follow run books.
• Support administrative tasks and continual service improvement.
