WHAT YOU’LL DO – SHIFT TECHNICIAN ROLE:

• Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
• Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment)
• Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms
• Addressing on-site air-conditioning issues
• Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU’s, etc.)
• Fault-finding and executing repairs
• Preparing timely and accurate reports
• Ensuring work complies with industry regulations
• Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders
