SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good understanding on VM, OS, Network, storage and general datacenter technologies.
• Good understanding ITIL process
• Good understanding on all types of Unix / Linux and Windows Flavors
• Strong knowledge of Storage, Backup and Networking
• DELL EMC Networker, VEEAM, Veritas NetBackup, Linux and Windows Administration Intermediate Level
• High analytical skills
• Manage, create a plan for DC Disaster recovery
• SLA Mgmt and compliance
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility
• High customer orientation
• High quality awareness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems.
• Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans.
• Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.
• Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.
• Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into infrastructure.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all applications and its use on systems for various critical systems.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various departments.
• Maintain effective professional relationships with IT relationship managers.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all business procedures associate with assets and capacity.
• Monitor all functional resources required for growth and ensure appropriate working.Assets management, logistics for assets, tracking, and updating in the system.
