Job Description Job Title: Data Center Support Engineer Location: Mahwah, NJ – Onsite Type: Contract Shift: Night Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Center Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure. The role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to maintain high availability and performance. Responsibilities: • Monitor and support servers, storage, and network equipment. • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Perform routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and updates. • Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational standards. • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures. • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for support and upgrades. Requirements: • Previous experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support. • Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and operating systems. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in shifts and provide on-call support if required. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
