ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual with basic IT knowledge to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking for their first job in IT. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring, support, and operations. No formal degree is required — we value the right mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to follow procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Monitor 10–14 screens to track real-time alerts, logs, and performance metrics across remote data centers
· Act as the first line of defense, identifying issues and escalating according to procedures
· Follow documented workflows and protocols for incident handling
· Perform basic troubleshooting with support from senior team members
· Log incidents and service requests using a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow)
· Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors
· Maintain accurate shift logs and ensure smooth handovers
· Support physical tasks such as racking, stacking, and basic cabling when needed
