What You Bring: 3+ years of hands-on data center experience (break/fix, deployment, troubleshooting). GPU deployment experience? That’s a huge plus! Mastery of hardware installation, cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber), and network troubleshooting. Leadership chops and a drive to manage complex projects. Stellar communication and documentation skills.
