Our client is experiencing frequent HDD failures, and we need a Calgary-based technician to provide hands-on support, execute hardware maintenance, and collaborate with remote engineers. INTRODUCTORY OVERVIEW
Our client is facing a critical operational challenge due to a high rate of hard disk drive (HDD) failures on Cisco M4 3260 servers at their Calgary data center. These failures are disrupting services and require both immediate and sustained technical intervention. While Cisco provides remote troubleshooting and the customer manages RMAs, there is an urgent need for on-site technical support to perform reactive maintenance and proactive diagnostics.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable technician based in Calgary to provide hands-on support, execute hardware procedures, and collaborate with remote engineers to ensure system stability and uptime.
