QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (preferred).
• 5 years data center/network infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years installation & troubleshooting of network hardware.
• Knowledge of DWDM, Nokia, Ciena hardware, ITIL (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Data Centre and Fibre Support Technician to support dispatch operations. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and data centre infrastructure across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and maintain fibre, copper, and power cabling.
• Rack and stack hardware; assist with circuit migration.
• Perform labelling, patching, and asset tagging.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty components (line cards, optics, etc.).
• Conduct fibre cleaning, BER testing, RMA processing.
• Support via remote tools and onsite presence.
