JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to a 24×7 operating Data Centre including the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment and systems.
Monitor the performance and availability of IT services Processing of production jobs
Assisting in monitoring and escalation of incidents related to computer hardware, operating system, application systems, data centre facilities and managing the security of the data centre
Maintain the reliability, availability, performance of the event monitoring system to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Level
Involve in process improvement initiatives and projects for the data centre

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC Possess positive altitude and a keen interest in IT Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Great Attitude to bring the best out of the team.
• Comfortable to perform shift duties.
