Location STE10 Data Centre Stevenage This role is shift based working 12hr 24x7 shifts working on a rotational basis. Are you keen on providing excellent customer service and working with multiple teams to help find solutions to problems? Can you deliver service excellence to our customers within a defined framework? Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a Technical Operations Specialist you will contribute to this by providing first line Data Centre support for a range of internal, private and public sector customers to help ensure services remain operational and that incidents are managed promptly within a defined process. You will also work closely with other Data Centre teams and Fujitsu Business units to pro-actively safeguard customer services, maintain Data Centre installation standards and the upkeep of configuration management toolsets. This role is shift based working 12hr 24x7 shifts working on a rotational basis.
