Job Description

As a Customer Operations Technician, you will need plenty of cabling experience and have the ability to utilise strong IT skills while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in responding to customer requests
  • You will perform technical tasks on behalf of customers
  • You will install customer equipment in racks
  • You will lay cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic)
  • You will monitor and respond to alarm notifications
  • You will ensure proper documentation of customer work performed
