Your role: In our ambitious Data Excellence Team within the global master data organization at our company, we are looking for motivated support in terms of Change Management and Communication. As a working student in our team, you will gain hands-on experience in executing our global Change and Communication strategy. Your working environment foresees exciting tasks at the intersection of project management, employee engagement and communication strategy, focusing on a variety of tasks, including: Provide essential operational and administrative support for exciting Change & Communication activities that drive our transformation initiatives forward. Design and draft visually appealing support materials for various Change & Communication formats, ensuring clarity and engagement in presentations, mailings, workshops, and dialogue sessions. Create and design dynamic internal communication activities, including editorial planning, newsletters, and creative writing that capture attention and inform our teams. Assist with regular administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly, ensuring that every project is executed seamlessly and efficiently. Your Qualifications: Bachelor/Master study related to Change Management, Marketing or Communication Practical experience in relevant areas, showcasing your ability to contribute effectively. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint is a plus but not required. Strong (C1) written and verbal communication skills in both English and German. A collaborative spirit, flexibility, initiative, and a reliable, self-organized work ethic.
