Data Protection & Compliance Manager/Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Clarification of diverse legal issues in the areas of data protection and compliance (in particular white-collar crime, money laundering prevention, antitrust law, corporate law);
further development of ECE's compliance and data protection management system
Conducting regular internal training courses for specialists and managers at home and abroad for all ECE companies.
Development of group-wide guidelines and standards, and communication of these guidelines throughout the organization.
Advising and monitoring the specialist departments in the implementation and compliance with the specifications and standards.
Conducting internal investigations
Participation in various projects
Support of system solutions (whistleblower system,
Processing directory, KYC check, training systems, etc.)

Your profile:

Successfully completed law degree or successfully completed degree with a legal focus
Professional experience in the areas of compliance and data protection is desirable.
Strong understanding of operational business processes
Good English skills and a confident and poised demeanor are required.
Openness, communication skills, and a passion for advancing topics.
A high degree of responsibility and strong teamwork skills
