Your tasks within the team

• You consolidate, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements in the energy sector.
• You translate customers' technical evaluation requirements into reporting and data solutions from Schleupen.CS.
• You create and optimize data extractions using SQL.
• You develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, BIRT, or similar BI tools.
• You conduct business analyses to identify relevant key performance indicators and data requirements and advise our clients on these matters.
• You conceptualize, model, and design data structures for reporting and data warehousing.
• You coordinate with specialist departments, developers and stakeholders on the further development of the reporting landscape.
• You ensure data quality and create technical and professional documentation.
• You will conduct training sessions and coaching at our clients' locations, as well as kick-off meetings via Teams or in person.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, data analytics or a comparable education/experience
• Several years of professional experience in the field of business intelligence, reporting, data management or data warehousing
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling and ideally JavaScript.
• Proficient use of reporting tools (BIRT, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View) and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of business processes, key figures and relationships
• Analytical, structured work style, as well as very good German language skills and strong communication skills.
• Initial knowledge of the energy industry and energy-related processes
