WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU…

• Hands-on data + AI tool experience - we’re tech-agnostic, so we work with a range of cloud, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, BI + AI tools (eg Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake…)
• Evidence that you’re an AI-advocate and experiment with new technology
• Experience in a similar client-facing data/AI consultancy role
• Confident to talk about data + AI and great at making complex things simple
• Confident at consultative selling with both technical and non-technical senior leaders
• Commercially-minded so you can understand complex business models and identify new data + AI opportunities that will deliver a client’s vision
• Experience leading tech projects, ensuring that projects deliver to time/budget/spec and to a client’s vision
• Awesome presentation + communication skills with the ability to inspire people
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, written, listening & verbal communication skills
• Proven experience winning the trust and confidence of a variety of stakeholders at all levels
• Creative mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas and alternative ways of doing things
• The right attitude to work in a small, growing business with a desire to help us improve the way we do things

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

• Consult with our clients and become our clients’ partner for life through building trust and respect, understanding their business, and adding value to their data, AI and business strategy
• Identify new data + AI opportunities within a client’s organisation
• Perform data + AI audits for our clients, assessing their current data + AI landscape
• Propose technical solutions for our clients, to meet their current and future requirements for data + AI
• Define roadmaps for clients to deliver their data + AI transformations
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for our team of builders
• Oversee the delivery of data + AI projects, and ensure that what we deliver is secure, scalable, and aligned to best practice
• Present and communicate insights, findings & results to clients
• Help ensure that our client projects are delivered in full, in spec + on time
