What you'll do

• Partner with CVA strategy teams and clients to translate messy, ambiguous business questions into data-driven answers
• Design and deliver analytics, AI/ML and GenAI solutions that sit inside broader strategy and transformation engagements
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders — CEOs, CFOs, and functional leaders — to shape recommendations and drive decisions
• Help build CVA's AI & Tech methodology, tools and ways of working, and mentor junior team members as the practice grows
• Manage or contribute to workstreams across sectors including consumer, industrials, financial services, and more
