• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data conversion or data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, ensure data integrity, and support testing and validation efforts.

• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to define data mapping specifications.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support data migration testing and troubleshoot conversion issues.
• Document conversion processes and maintain data lineage records

This role is a full-time remote position. Occasional travel may be required for project meetings or client engagements.
