Data Conversion Lead
Breda, NL (onsite for 5 days per week)
Fixed term contract for 1 year or Permanent
€80K - €90K per annum
Spinwell is recruiting for a Data Conversion Lead for an excellent opportunity within the private sector.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE DATA CONVERSION LEAD

• 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects, including at least 4 years working with Oracle Fusion
• Knowledge of Oracle applications modules, particularly in the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management and Finance, is highly preferred.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes.
