It is an exciting time to join us as Sovereign have joined forces with Network Homes to form SNG (Sovereign Network Group). We have an opportunity for a Data Coordinator to join our building safety team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
You’ll be based out of our Basingstoke or Wembley offices combining office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Identifying, collecting and migrating data to and from a range of systems.
  • Data cleansing of existing data and processes are developed to ensure data is maintained and kept up to date.
  • Working with internal key stakeholders on data integration projects to ensure key building safety information is captured, available and accurate.
  • Working collaboratively with the Data and Analytics team to use existing systems to extract data and use data to; create interactive dashboards, reports and presentations.
  • Data Analysis (quality, availability, reporting etc) to present reasonable improvement solutions.
  • Reviewing data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Experience in managing data and creating processes for Managing Data.
  • Organised and rigorous in approach to data management.
  • Previous experience in using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of housing association operating environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare presentational material and reports through IT and other mediums for a range of audiences.
  • Attention to detail and ability to present complex information to suit the audience.
Responsibilities

This role will support the Building Safety Remediation and Building Safety Compliance teams on all aspects relating to building safety data. This role will be working on a key project to improve building safety data management and ensure the data is stored effectively and efficiently.
