Position Overview:
FLBT Program Management Team seeks a motivated Data Analyst for a short-term contract. The main focus will be assisting in the development of a Program Management Playbook and supporting critical site programs such as readiness migration activities and Site Tier system redesign as outlined below:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School/GED with 0 - 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare or related industry.
• Interest in program management and project lifecycle processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• PM Playbook:
• Collaborate in developing the Playbook to standardize PM processes globally.
• Oversee updates of program action and decision logs to improve accountability and visibility across all tiers.
• Update global site calendars for new client visits and VIP events.
• Engage with departments to gather insights and integrate them into the Playbook.
• Research best practices in program management for innovative strategies.
• Readiness Migration Activities:
• Design program dashboards.
• Optimize data and schedules based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Embed standard plans across all FLBT and incoming programs.
• Site Tier System Redesign:
• Review and identify areas for improvement in the existing tier structure.
• Redesign toolsets to include all teams within the tier system.
• Support daily operational activities to understand project workflows.
