JOB SUMMARY

As a Data Coordinator for our Reporting Services team at the Senneville location, you will be responsible for providing the scientists with the information necessary for them to be able to write the summary and results sections of their reports, based on individual and summary data included in the appendices, tables and graphs customized to meet client specific reporting requirements.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of all pertinent data and scientific interpretation information in accordance with the Study Plan to enable the correct tabulation to be included in the report;
  • Transcribe data from hand-written data records and/or, process computer-generated data files, into formats suitable to meet sponsors’ needs;
  • Prepare finished reports, tables and/or graphs, that are clear and professionally presented as per Company requirements and guidelines;
  • Processing of reports or tabulated data, which are accessed either electronically or from hard copy sources following specific e-file management criteria involving the use of various software;
  • Ensure work is compliant with applicable guidelines and regulations.

KEY ELEMENTS

We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:

  • High School diploma;
  • Previous experience in Sciences or Information Technology;
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above;
  • Knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Access, Excel);
  • Ability to work under time constraints, in order to respect deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities

ROLE SPECIFIC INFORMATION:

  • Location: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;

  • Transportation: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging;

  • Salary: 18.50$/hrs;
  • Annual bonus based on performance;
  • Schedule: Day shift from Monday to Friday, flexible schedule with possibility to work remotely;
  • Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.
