POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Data Coordinator to support our team during the school photography season. This position is a seasonal contract from August 25, 2025 to March 6, 2026, with the possibility of extending and coming back the following school year. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, technically proficient and able to manage timelines independently.
This is a part-time contract role with flexible scheduling available.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail – you notice the small things that others might miss.
  • Reliable and self-directed – you stay on top of timelines without hand-holding.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets – comfortable writing basic formulas, filtering, sorting and formatting considered an asset.
  • Tech-friendly – willing to learn and run scripts or basic technical processes.
  • Good written communication skills – able to follow written instructions and document your work.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
    This is an in-office position at our main studio in Mount Pleasant. Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Since we work with children and minors, they must also pass a criminal record check.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize student data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel).
  • Write and adjust spreadsheet formulas as needed to ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow detailed documentation to complete tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of photo day materials, including printing and sorting of camera cards.
  • Execute pre-written scripts and perform light technical tasks (no coding required).
  • Track progress on timelines and ensure deadlines are met without needing reminders.
  • Lift, organize and re-stock paper for printing camera cards.Support data cleanup and preparation before, during and after photo days.
