About the Job As a Data Culture and Literacy Intern, you will support the Data Culture and Literacy Lead in driving the development and adoption of a data-driven mindset across the organization. Your role will involve assisting in fostering data literacy, empowering employees with the skills and knowledge to leverage data effectively in their roles, and embedding data-driven decision-making into the company's culture. This position requires strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate with various teams. What you do Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive data culture and literacy strategy that aligns with the organization's goals. Support initiatives to enhance data literacy across different departments, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to interpret and utilize data. Help design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and resources that improve employees' data competencies. Collaborate with business and technology teams to promote best practices in data usage and decision-making. Contribute to driving awareness and engagement in data-driven ways of working. Assist in establishing key metrics to assess the impact of data literacy initiatives and continuously improve programs. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in data literacy and culture to support best-in-class approaches. What you bring Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business, Education, or a related field. Basic understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Interest in designing and delivering training programs or workshops. Ability to learn how to translate complex data concepts into accessible and actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Eagerness to support strategic initiatives that drive cultural transformation. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving data literacy and culture within a leading organization. A modern and open space office located in Barcelona (Poblenou). Flexible working hours and an excellent hybrid working model. You will receive a laptop and any material you need for your work.
