Description Job Description: Data Delivery Lead Role Overview The Data Delivery Lead is responsible for turning enterprise data strategy into actionable insight. This role bridges business needs and technical execution — ensuring data solutions are delivered quickly, clearly, and with measurable impact. Working closely with the remote Data Architect, the Data Delivery Lead serves as the on-premises data leader, driving analytics delivery, documentation, and business adoption. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Data Architect to translate business questions into scalable data and analytics solutions. Lead the local execution of analytics initiatives — including dashboard delivery, KPI reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Support the development and rollout of a unified Data Lake, integrating data from multiple data sources. Champion the shift from lag to lead measures, helping teams track proactive performance indicators aligned with organizational goals. Manage intake, prioritization, and communication for analytics requests to maintain clarity and momentum. Create, maintain, and distribute documentation for all data pipelines, dashboards, and processes. Ensure solution quality, consistency, and reproducibility across reports and platforms (Power BI, Excel, SQL). Contribute to dashboard development and basic data transformations when required. Foster adoption and data literacy among end users through training, communication, and hands-on support. Model accountability and pace — delivering results that balance speed with precision. Core Competencies Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Adept at translating complex analytics into clear, actionable business insights. Skilled in prioritization — understands when to simplify and when to invest deeper. Technical Skills Power BI: advanced dashboard development, DAX, visualization design. SQL: proficient in querying and data validation across multiple data sources. Experience integrating data from systems such as Salesforce, NextGen, and custom applications. Experience with or exposure to cloud-based Data Lake architectures preferred. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, data delivery, or BI solution development. Proven ability to manage data initiatives with cross-functional and global teams. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in healthcare or other data-rich, fast-paced industries is a plus.
