We’re looking for a designer who finds joy in making messy content make sense—someone who sees a wall of copy, a spreadsheet of stats, or a slide full of bullet points and instinctively knows how to turn it into something clear, beautiful, and smart.
This isn’t just about data. It’s about making sense of all kinds of content—ideas, narratives, insights, information—and designing visual stories that help people quickly understand what matters, and why.
This is a design role, yes—but it’s not just about making things look good. It’s about using design to help people understand better. To take raw content—data, insights, ideas—and turn it into something people actually want to read, engage with, and remember. Presentations, reports, dashboards, training decks… all of it.
You’ll help shape everything from executive presentations to training decks to visual reports and dashboards. Your work will bring structure to chaos, simplify the complex, and make content feel not only digestible—but meaningful.
You’ll work closely with teams across the agency to shape narratives, visualize insights, and elevate how we communicate ideas internally and externally.
