• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or in a similar role, with a strong grasp of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in data integration tools and platforms, such as ETL tools and APIs, with a deep understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to manage self and others effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
• Certifications and Preferred Skills: Certifications in relevant data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are advantageous. Experience in the professional services industry, along with knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts, is preferred.

• Data Architecture Design: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures that meet client needs and align with their strategic goals.
• Data Platform Design: Support the design and oversee the implementation of leading edge data platform solutions, supporting reporting, analytics and business intelligence information products.
• Data Integration: Lead the integration of data across diverse client platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility, while enhancing data quality and consistency.
• Data Governance: Design and enforce robust data governance frameworks for clients, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and data protection standards.
• Technology Leadership: Advise clients on the latest data technologies and tools, providing thought leadership and innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders, IT teams, and data scientists to understand their data challenges and translate them into actionable technical solutions, offering guidance and mentorship where needed.
• Project Management: Lead and manage team members in the delivery of client engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Business Development Support: Leveraging you knowledge and experience of participating in RFx processes, proposing creative and innovative solutions to client challenges.
