Job Description Your responsibilities: Ownership of Marketing Data Domain: Define and evolve the Marketing Data Domain strategy, roadmap, and standards while providing actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and trend analysis to support business decisions. Marketing effectiveness: Identify and implement ways to measure the RoI of marketing invests to improve marketing efficiency and ultimately automate the marketing channel mix steering Product Data: Drive adoption and standardization of product data tools across the global marketing organization to automate and improve the product launch process Strategic Alignment: Translate business strategies into data requirements, define use cases, and ensure data supports daily operations. Requirements Management: Collect, aggregate, and evaluate business demands for marketing dashboards and reports; identify and consolidate redundant solutions to optimize efficiency. Data Quality & Governance: Guarantee accuracy, consistency, and availability of data; define governance rules, monitor quality and resolve issues together with BDO Data Value Creation: Promote data utility, identify opportunities for better use and foster data literacy within the domain and in close cooperation with the Sales DDO, e.g. for data-driven channel steering or promotional effectiveness measurement Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for data topics in the global marketing organization and work closely with BDO data product teams on implementation of business requirements Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Marketing Management or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in data management, governance, data analytics or a related field; proven track record in complex organizations; experience in Marketing Management Skills: Strong understanding of data governance principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data management tools, strong project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills.
