Description

DATA ECONOMICS MANAGER

We’re looking for a Data Economics Manager who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, game design, and business strategy - using your insights to optimize performance, guide decisions, and influence everything from feature rollout to player retention.
If you have a passion for games, an analytical mind that never stops asking questions, and the drive to make a real impact, then this might just be the role you’ve been preparing for.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Analyze in-game economies, player behavior, and key performance indicators to uncover opportunities and shape strategic decisions.
  • Build models to forecast the impact of gameplay changes on user engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, improve cost-efficiency, and optimize return.
  • Monitor product and campaign performance, recommending and initiating strategic changes based on data.
  • Execute hands-on configuration of internal systems to support player segmentation, campaigns, and feature deployments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate user acquisition, monetization, and engagement strategies.
  • Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights that inform product development and business direction.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Because behind every engaging player experience is a system that works seamlessly—and you’ll be the one shaping that system. Your insights will directly influence how products perform, how players engage, and how the business grows.
