APPLY ONLY IF YOUR ARE READY FOR IN-PERSON INTERVIEW AND ONSITE ROLE ONLY FOR US CITIZENS Clinical Informatics Specialist / EHR Analyst We are seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Specialist to support clinical workflow improvement, EHR data analysis, validation, and reporting initiatives. This role will work closely with healthcare staff and technical teams to improve the quality, usability, and accuracy of Electronic Health Record (EHR) data. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze and document clinical workflows. * Extract, validate, and analyze data from EHR systems. * Create reports and dashboards to support clinical and operational decision-making. * Test and validate EHR enhancements and updates. * Support medical staff with EHR-related questions and process improvements. * Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and medical vocabularies. REQUIREMENTS: * 5+ years of experience with EHR/EMR systems. * Experience in clinical data analysis, data validation, and reporting. * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and medical terminology. * Experience documenting clinical processes and workflows. * Excellent communication skills with clinical and leadership teams. * Clinical background (RN, Pharmacist, Physician, or similar) is highly preferred. Preferred: Experience with Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, ICD-10, and healthcare analytics/reporting.
